WHAT IS THE UNIFORM POLICY?
Students should be in dress code at all times.
Plain, Solid Color Polo Shirt w/collar (any color ~ no writing)
Tan/Khaki or dark navy-blue pants, shorts, skirts/skorts*
Polo style dresses are permitted (Plain, any color)*
*Shorts/skirts/dresses ~ no more than 1" above the top of the knee*
Closed Toe Shoes - Tennis shoes must be worn daily.
No sandals, boots, or open-toed shoes are allowed.
Light-up shoes and shoes with wheels are NOT permitted.
School Spirit T-shirt and jeans or jean shorts (Fridays only)**
**No cutoff jeans, jeans with frays, or jeans with holes**
Please send a spare outfit (including undergarments) for younger children with their names on each item.
Jewelry, hats, colored hair and hairstyles that distract from the learning environment will be considered a violation of the student uniform policy.
MAS allows for reasonable accommodations based on a student’s religion, disability, or medical condition as discussed with the respective parent/guardian.
Parents will be contacted to bring a change of clothes or to pick up their child if the uniform policy has been violated.
UNIFORM EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Parents are welcome to use our Uniform Exchange Program to swap uniforms for different sizes. Please make sure uniforms that are being donated are clean and free of rips or stains. When you donate used uniforms, you are welcome to select from donated items in your child's size, if available.
