Florida State Statute1002.33 requires the charter school's governing board to appoint a representative to facilitate parental involvement, provide access to information, assist with questions/concerns, and resolve disputes regarding McIntosh Area School.
The McIntosh Area School Board of Directors is the governing body responsible for establishing policy, oversight, and operations. Board members are nominated and elected by existing Directors.
